Our Bachelor’s degree program is designed to be completed at different times by different categories of students as explained below.
a) High School Diploma or equivalent
Students who are admitted with high school diploma or equivalent take 120 credit hours in about four years to complete the Bachelor’s degree program. Part-time students will take up to six years.
b) Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours
A student admitted with an Associate’s degree or prior 60 credit hours will take RPUT’s 60 credit hours of study in two years to complete the Bachelor’s degree program.
c) Advanced Standing or 90 credit hours
To complete the Bachelor’s degree at RPUT, an applicant coming in with 90 credit hours of prior learning or completed three years in a four-year bachelor’s degree program will take RPUT’s 30 credit hours in a minimum of one year.
All our Master’s degree programs require the applicant to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree to be admitted.
All Doctorate degree applicants must have a completed Master’s degree to be admitted to the program.
ABD Doctor of Philosophy degree completion applicants must have completed all course-work, and been admitted into Candidacy in a previous doctoral program in an accredited institution. Students from non-theology background will be required to complete 18 credit hours of theology courses in addition to the dissertation completion. This ABD doctoral degree completion program is designed to be completed in 18 months.
